2011 Wittera RetroMade Spyder - Cool Design

The RetroMade Spyder is inspired by a legendary 1950’s sports car. It was the beginnig of a famous reputable German car brand. But, though its modelled on the splendid curves of the classic, Retro-Made go further when it comes to drivetrain and suspension. So it is possible to obtain as much power as 245 HP. And, of course, there will be adequate driving charactersitics as well as proper braking power. In addition to two wheelbases, there is a wide range of further options to choose from.

The smallest version of RetroMade Spyder bases on the VW Käfer (Beetle). Late models must be retrofitted to torsion bar springs, because there is not enough space for the vertically mounted Mc Pherson suspension struts under the flat bonnet. Admittedly, the Beetle’s engines hardly provide enough power for drivers with ambitions. So we offer options. One is the 1.7 Liter motor of the Alfa 33. It generates 132 HP. This might not be considered powerful today. But thanks to a low weight, race car-like performance is guaranteed.
Even more is provided by a Subaru Boxer-type aggregate. It cranks out as much as 245 HP. In these cases the car is underpinned by a Pontiac Fiero chassis. Thus it features a mid engine layout, which has a positive effect on the driving manners. And with our S model, handling is further improved.
RetroMade Spyder is available in two width. Besides the standard body a wider one can be ordered. This S model provides more space for wider rims. Maximum tire width at the front axle is 185, while the rear wheel houses cover up to 205 mm wide rubbers.
This might not appear very impressive at first sight. However, on a small sports car like our Spyder, it appears strikingly athletic. In addition to that, grip and handling are enhanced. So this option is especially recommendable when more powerful engines are chosen.
Classic and contemporary wheels are available too – some even in the maximum width of seven Inch. Steering wheel and mirror options round off the possibilities. And, last but not least, you can, of course, get your RetroMade Spyder in any colour desired, both in and outside. More information are available via www.Retro-Ma.de

2012 ABT Sportsline Volkswagen Tiguan

2012 ABT Sportsline Volkswagen Tiguan
The specification book stated that the characteristics of the new Volkswagen Tiguan had to be supported. In plain talk this means that the car should have maximum reliability, enjoyable driving characteristics on almost all surfaces and agility – and the engineers at ABT have done a good job: the successful 2.0 TDI version now offers strong 170 HP/125 kW (series standard: 140 HP/103 kW) or 195 HP/143 kW (series standard: 170 HP/125 kW). With the economical turbo petrol engine with 1.4 litre cubic capacity a dynamic 210 HP (154 kW) is available instead of the standard 160 HP (118 kW). The fact that the fuel consumption does not increase as a result is a matter of course at ABT Sportsline. The sportiest Volkswagen Tiguan facelift is the one with the 2.0-TSI engine. The machinery is currently undergoing extensive testing but the technicians have already revealed that – depending on the series performance – either over 210 HP (154 kW) or as much as 250 HP (184 kW) will be reached.

2011 Spada Codatronca Monza

3mbil Cars | The one off Codatronca Monza is based on the line of the 2008 Codatronca coupe but has much more extreme characteristics. Codatronca Monza will be only a one off, but Spadaconcept will produce a spyder (barchetta) version of the Codatronca on demand. Codatronca Monza has a tubular chassis made of aluminium that was coated with a light carbon fiber and composite materials body. The engine was developed by Italtecnica starting from a V8 7 liter engine hardly modified. Now we can find 2 rotrex centrifugal superchargers that deliver the incredible power of 720 CV with over 90 kgm of torque. The car is able to reach the 100 km/h speed in only 3 seconds (in first gear) thanks to the 6 speed transmission with a very short gear ratio, and to reach the impressive top speed of 335 km/h.

2011 Kelleners Sport KS1-S BMW 1-Series M Coupe

2011 Kelleners Sport KS1-S BMW 1-Series M Coupe
Based on the BMW 1-Series M Coupé (Type E82), the Kelleners Sport KS1-S high-revving inline six-cylinder engine with twin-turbochargers boosts the output of the KS Power SW 35M by a good 20 percent. Instead of the standard 340 hp (250 kW), the Kelleners Sport KS1-S produces max. 410 hp (301 kW) while max torque jumps from 450 to 550 Nm. The result is a decline in weight to power ratio from 4.4 to 3.8 kg per hp. And emphasising all this power are special Kelleners Sport rear silencers. With four 83 mm tail pipes, the stainless-steel system is optimised for unrestricted flow and distinguishes the car from the series model with a significantly more exciting exhaust sound.
